Wyatt has the sweetest most laid back personality I have ever seen. I say it often but I always thought Hannah Claire was a good baby (and she was) but Wyatt is amazing. He cries when he is hungry or sleepy and that is about it. He loves to laugh, especially at his sister. He is happy to go to anyone, especially his Pawpaw. There has be some sort of male bonding thing here because he loves sitting in Pawpaw's lap.
Wyatt's new trick is putting his toes in his mouth. It is like clockwork, put him on his back and his foot goes straight to that mouth. He also tries when he is in his car seat, his highchair, on the floor and pretty much where ever he is. Once he gets that those toes in the mouth he just grins.
I have been looking for something to fill a big void in Hannah Claire's room. Since I have not found anything I thought I might try my creative hand at something to fill the void until I do find something we like to go there. I have had this old gray cork board since, well for a very long time. I found some pink chalk paint that will turn any surface into a chalkboard at Hobby Lobby. I LOVE Hobby Lobby! They also had some green stickers on clearance so I was able to create this space filler for under $5. It is not the cutest and maybe one day I will paint the frame or cover it with something but until then here is our finished project.
This little girl makes us smile everyday. We had a few rough patches while adding a little brother to the family but she has adjusted great. She takes great care of Wyatt and will go give him hugs all of the time. She has been spending lots of time in her costumes (Rapunzel, Belle, Cinderella & Minnie Mouse). She can change personalities costumes faster than the blink of an eye.
Wyatt is at the stage where everything (and I mean everything) goes straight to the mouth, kinda like the toes. Hannah Claire found her Ernie doll and Wyatt loved him.
I found this picture on my phone. We had just gotten back home from a game in Tuscaloosa. For some reason I had not packed pj's so they were not ready for bed. That makes Mommy & Daddy sad. I love to see sleeping kiddos. They are sweet all of the time but especially when they are all tuckered out.
