Dinner with The Carters

A couple of weeks ago our friends the Carters joined us for dinner. It was the first time that Hannah Claire and Lillian were able to get down and play together. They had lots of fun playing on the horsies.

Hannah Claire felt the need to entertain/be silly.

The girls swapped horses. HC was not so cool with that. Lillian didn't really care what she thought.

Lillian just turned one so she got to open her present. Notice the little hand on the right corner. HC thought Lillian needed a little help.

The girls had fun playing with the singing fridge toys.

We did learn that Hannah Claire is not really into sharing her toys. She does fine with it at school but I guess those are not "her" toys. She got a little better as the night went on. We had so much fun and hope to do it again real soon, especially before baby Carter #2 arrives!

This Kid is Silly

Everyday is so entertaining. Hannah Claire is always up to something. She really has a great personality. She loves to dance to, well anything, but especially her teapot. The kid goes nuts jumping up and down until the music stops. She looks around, we laugh at her and then she cracks up.

Have I mentioned the kid loves to play ball?

She likes to keep her options open for the future. She has also been working on her tumbling just in case the football thing doesn't work out. As of now she is a better football player than cheerleader. We will just have to wait and see. Although she might could turn her flip better without the baby doll, but why would we want to do that?

Hannah Claire found her reflection in the window. She thought it was hilarious and began making faces at herself.
