Showers & Family

A few weekends ago we made a trip up to Florence to do some celebrating. The first event of the day was a baby shower for our sweet friend Danita.

We left there and visited with Granny Sue & Pawpaw John. Peanut (their dog) was also there but for some reason Hannah Claire has decided she doesn't like to play with him. Poor Peanut wanted to get to her so bad. Our conversations would go something like this before we got there:

Me: Are you excited about seeing Granny Sue?

HC: Unhuh

Me: How about Pawpaw John?

HC: Unhuh

ME: How about Peanut?

HC: No Peanut, no Peanut. (Shaking her head no with a sad face on).

That kid is Hilarious!

Then we went to a wedding shower for my cousin, Colt. After the showers we put on our swimsuits and hit The Bailey's brand new pool (It was only filled up the day before new). Hannah Claire got the chance to show off her swimming skills.

On Sunday morning Hannah Claire was ready to head out on the boat.

Pappy was going a little fast.

Hannah Claire had to check out her skills at driving the boat.
