Wyatt had a very big few days on February 18, 19 & 20. On February 18th he started clapping. It is about the cutest thing ever. He holds his left hand still and kinda flat then claps with his right hand. He did not want to cooperate when I was trying to get his picture.
Now, this is not a new skill but one he has mastered. When we were going through pictures something caught our eyes. Yep, that would be nasty baby poop oozing from his diaper. That explains the look on his face.
Ahhh, feeling much better.
On February 19th or sweet boy pulled up for the first time. He was getting so close but had not gotten there just yet. He finally figured it out.
He also learned that pulling up on things that move is not the best idea. You may end up on your belly.
Wyatt was one tired little boy after such a busy day. We found him snoozing like this during his afternoon nap.
Now I don't have any pictures for our milestone on February 20th. I have some video but I can't get it to load so I will just have to go old school and write about it. Wyatt was on the verge of crawling for sometime. He would get on all fours and rock back and forth bu just never could figure out what came next. Finally that Monday evening (praise the Lord that he did it at home so we could see it) he started crawling. We will play many evenings in our bedroom floor when we first get home. Wyatt was so close but just never got it. Shane took the kids upstairs to HC's room to play a game while I was getting dinner ready. I went up just in time to see him crawl some to get a haystack from Uno Moo. He was so proud of himself as were we. I can't believe we now have a mobile baby.
